Good morning, and thanks to all for the month of NOVEMBER 2023 and for P&H Food Supplement. I met Dr. Ansah, way back over 20 years ago as a neighbour, advising me on many health issues. Along he introduced me to P&H foods supplement. I managed to get one and started taking it. After almost completing one 750ml, I started noticing results. My BP is down.
Sometimes, I am unable to move my right arm up and down, but today, I move them freely. I experienced blur vision but now is becoming clear and clearer. I will continue after exhausting the first bottle until I am done with 3 of the 750ml.
